Topper's guarantees to protect the privacy of any and all personal information, as defined by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic documents Act, (PIPEDA), that it gathers in the course of doing business. We collect only the essential information needed to perform the functions required by Topper's business.
Topper's has taken steps to ensure the information is stored in safe, secure locations with access only granted to those employees who require the information in order toperform their employment responsibilities. This applies to both paper and electronic forms of data.We have designed our electronic systems to be as safe as possible, to prevent loss or misuse, and have secured access to only authorized personnel.
Topper's Pizza does not rent or sell customer information.Information will be retained only for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and to meet any legal or regulatory requirements.
Any individual requesting to see their personal information or to review our privacy policies will be granted that request within a reasonable time frame subject to any legal restrictions. A nominal fee may be charged.
Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation
In compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), Topper's Pizza embraces an Anti-Spam Policy which allows only permission-based emails.
Topper's will always provide you with the option to opt-in to receive communications. In addition, the contact forms on our website require a double opt-in confirmation to ensure that you have granted us permission to contact you via email. You may choose to opt out, or unsubscribe, from our mailing list at anytime by following the unsubscribe links at the bottom of each email or by contacting Topper's Pizza Privacy Office. We maintain and adhere to a strict unsubscribe/do no contact list.
All emails sent to you will be compliant with CASL and will include:- The name and address for the sender as well as who the email is being sent on behalf of
- A descriptive subject line consistent with the purpose for our contacting you
- The option to unsubscribe from receiving electronic communication from us is provided on all emails by either clicking “unsubscribe”.
- You may also send an email to info@toppers.ca specifying your request to have an email address removed from future communications.
